You know I just had a thought, what if the reason it's so easy for them to lose the animals, Is because some times they're memory might come back, or at least enough to have the desire to run away heh. Heh she probably knows this too, but knows someone will always be there to replace her run away victims, uh I mean animals.

Heh yeah, I could see a thing going where it fully comes back for short periods of time, but they'll end up wrestling with keeping it that way over time till they revert back to animal mentality again.
