Discussions Need to Be Had (Patreon)

All the King's Men's Patreon has been up since December 2016, and we haven't really edited the pledge prices in all that time. As we've grown and continued to improve, we've had several changes in our work and our ability to produce. We hope you have enjoyed the production that you've seen here and being a part of our journey.

Now is the time to re-evaluate our pay structure and we need feedback from everyone to know what they feel about that. Please, take a moment to check out the notes everyone was sent and please offer feedback. You can do it publically here or privately. We have been discussing a lot of this in the Discord, but hopefully we can get more of a discussion in.

I think before updating prices, the perks of each tier should be re-evaluated/updated. For example, are there still going to be Reishuseyu pieces (with voting)? Where are the single page comic vignettes for the $100 tier? Seems like it has been a while since we’ve seen something (other than the Lord’s Favor series).

Content: I am very happy with the content. There is a mix and match of characters and situations. I would not mind seeing more landscapes, areas/regions of important. Amount of Content: I am very happy with the amount of content. Pricing: I don't see an issue with raising the price. I know other artist are increase the rates and such over time. Pricing for this should match that definitely if there is another artist involved. Higher tiers might need a good look here. I would reevaluate some of the rewards in some of the tiers though. I not sure we patrons are making use of some of them (or I'm not connecting them). Maybe consider figuring out what is most valuable to folks and concentrate on those with a nominal (higher) price adjustment.

i'd like to see the updated perks before the new prices are implemented, but hey. if the prices havent changed over the years as you guys improve and upload more, i see no problem with the extra $
