Sufficiently Advanced Magic by Mr Mist (Patreon)

A cool one of Avelina by Mr. Mist @Furaffinity. Mages can cast their spell free of any staff or wand, but the use of such items amplify their magic powers. Lina is the Prelate of the Raven Knights and a powerful Mage in her own right. She's well on her way to being an Archmage.
