Sayang & Asukaru* (Patreon)

Felt like animating something for some reason so here's Sayang and Asukaru getting, uh... enjoying some quality time together 🥰. I also thought this would be good practice in animating something that's foreshortened. Wasn't easy, I'll tell you hwat. But also, wasn't as hard as I thought it was gonna be either.

Got two versions in there. One of them has Sayang having no tail because I like how the jiggle came out and wanted you guys to see it too; unobscured.

I have another one with a different angle in the works but I'd have to change the tail to not be that of Pepper's. I had it as Pepper's at first because it was easier to animate but halfway through, I changed the character in this shot to be Sayang instead.

A bit a trivia if some of you guys are interested:

I'm not an expert animator or anything but sometimes it still surprises me how few drawings you need for it to look like it's moving. The one above is only four drawings! Of course, each of the drawings are held for two or three frames each but still. For me, I keep thinking that I'd have to draw twice or thrice that amount. I guess I would have if I were to do the animation on ones. But fuck that, I'm lazy :P.
