Secretary Birds Concepts (Patreon)

Seeing the end credit scene of Zootopia 2, it reminded me of a really old concept I made back during the time of Zootopia 1 where I wondered what bird species would look like. One of the first things that came to mind were the secretary birds. I wanted to see how they would look if I could get them as close as I could to the designs of Zootopia. I obviously leaned in to their namesake and drew them as secretaries, or at the very least, some sort of office-worker type characters.

The first two images are the old ones I drew back in 2017 (damn, I feel old 🫠). The next three are newer ones that I've recently been drawing.

I'll be exploring more on both the characters' poses and expressions, as well as some items they might have and the environment they inhabit. I might spin a little bit of story around them too.
