I cut an intro this week as it was getting a mixed reception immediately. Some people loved it. Others cringed. So I trimmed it in youtubes video editor. What do you guys think?

oh man, that intro would have been hilarious. you should keep something like this next time. or even better, if you like it and think its funny then DO IT. such sage advice from ProJared that hasnt steered me wrong yet.

I think most here would like it, as the Patreons are already a 'fan' of Boundary Break and Shesez, so you are facing a skewed opinion in this thread. That said, I'm going to be honest and say Boundary Break doesn't need any gimmicks to make it worthwhile. Regardless of style of the original intro, it's the content of the show that makes it memorable and not the fillers or other non-content stuff.

I'm a bit mixed with it all. I think it was an awesome intro, and while I'd think it'd be cool if it was left in, I could also see how it could alienate new people, and this Crash episode is hot right now, gaining views rapidly, so it was probably a good idea to cut it.

I'd probably agree with Walrus. I liked the skit, but it might be a bit out there to some. Incidentally, where did you find those shades Shesez? I've never seen the pointy shades with actual hinges and ear...hook...things before.

I mean, it's a little dramatic for sure, but I wouldn't call it cringey. I liked it! Especially because, yeah, the developers did think of everything.
