Sit Rep: Transition to Monthly Model + New Style WIP (Patreon)
Content
Hi everyone,
Thank you for all the comments and responses to my previous post about the medical situation in the family!
My daughter is feeling better, and I just received news that she is getting back home after almost three weeks in the hospital.
This Month's Releases
I've been working on this month's releases for this week, and I should get four map packs and a few Foundry VTT modules out before the end of the month. I'm falling short on time and had to change my plans a bit due to the sudden situation in the family, but I expect things to normalize next week.
Maps in the works:
Capsule Hotel
Corp HQ Lobby
Sewer Network
Military Checkpoint
Transition to Monthly Model
Also, as informed previously, Patreon is discontinuing the "per creation" model that Cyberpunk Maps uses. Because of this, I'm transitioning Cyberpunk Maps to the monthly model.
The transition is taking place in the 2nd week of October. As far as I have understood and have made certain, this will NOT lead to double-charging or extra charges.
You will be charged monthly at the turn of the month starting from the 1st of November.
Your current monthly limit (Your pledge x creations supported per month) will be respected, and you will be charged up to that limit.
If you do not have a limit set, the multiplier will be 4 (average monthly releases from the last three months).
In practice, your adjusted monthly subscription price will be the same as what you have now paid for 4 paid releases with the "per creation" model.
The new model will require some adjustments to the Tier rewards. I will post a separate post about the changes as soon as possible.
WIP: New Miska's Maps Cyberpunk Style
While I like Inkarnate's sci-fi style, I don't want to depend on it. I would like to have my maps represent my style instead. Because of this, I will start working on a new style and an asset library for Cyberpunk Maps.
I plan to keep my style close to Inkarnate's so the older maps are still visually compatible, and the style will not change too dramatically while still having its distinctive look that stands out from all the other Inkarnate creations.
Developing this new style will likely take a while, and I want to build this style together with you, so it matches your needs. As soon as I have something to show you, I would like to get your feedback on some style proposals.

That's all for now.
Thank you for your patience and support!
