Transition to Monthly Subscription Model (Patreon)
Content
Hi everyone,
This is a friendly reminder that Miska's Cyberpunk Maps is transitioning from the current "per-creation" model to a more transparent monthly subscription model in mid-October 2024.
I do not know the exact time and date, but the latest estimate was "2nd week of October", so I expect this to occur sometime this week.
Summary
Your current per-creation tier membership pricing will be automatically multiplied by 4 once the transition happens.
Your current monthly limit (Your pledge x creations supported per month) will be respected, and you will be charged up to that limit.
In practice, your adjusted monthly subscription price will be the same as what you have now paid for 4 paid releases with the "per creation" model.
As far as I have understood and have made certain, this will NOT lead to double-charging or extra charges.
You will be charged monthly at the turn of the month starting from the 1st of November.
Tier Updates
Once the monthly subscription model activates, the following tier and release schedule adjustment will take effect:
Release Schedule
I will release 4 map packs worth of content per month as before. However, the monthly model allows me to work more flexibly on bigger maps and other content when necessary.
Bigger or more complex maps might mean fewer releases that month. But, for example, instead of 2 separate maps, you might get a 2-level ship deckplan or a building in a single release.

Thanks!
