Ms. Morgan, your office bureaucrat and sadist in charge of all bureaucratic forms in the Advanced Cryogenics Office. All forms are requisitioned from and returned to her. Most forms also have a very stiff filing fee.

Several of the games puzzles involve stamping these forms. All the form work the same but require different stamps from various Advanced Cryogenics staff. You can only get a form for stamping when a relevant activity of in progress. Morgan will include instructions no how to stamp the forms correctly when you receive the form from her. You can go back to Ms. Morgan at any time and "Talk" to her for a refresher on how to stamp the form.

In the case of Morgan's extortion forms you can always just just bribe her with a bureaucratically appropriate amount of cash.

You can view the forms you're holding at any time in the inventory screen [I]. Click on the form to check the progress and see which stamps are required.

Do You Want to Get Her Stamp Now?

Most forms begin with stamping an Extortion Form with Morgan. The Extortion forms are the easiest as they only require 2 Stamps, both form Morgan. So, what exactly is a "Stamp".

Ms. Morgan will explain the stamping process. It requires that Fry applies a liberal coating of sperm to the correct area of the "Stamp" or office girl. Then while the sperm is fresh the form is "Stamped" with the fresh cum print of the office girl.

A liberal coating means that it may need multiple cum shots on that surface for the stamp to succeed. Beginning in Release 43 of the game a set of icons near the bottom of the screen will indicate the amount of sperm on each area of the current girl. Most forms require 50 "Sperm" or more on the correct area. Some more voluptuous stamps will require more sperm.

Extortion is Yummy ...

To complete the extortion form you need two stamps from Morgan. You need a face print and an ass print. Ms. Morgan isn't particularly voluptuous so both of her stamps require 50 "Sperm" on the intended stamping surface. It doesn't matter what order you collect the stamps. I does matter that there's sufficient sperm on the girl's "Stamp". It you accidentally stamp the form twice with the same "Stamp" the form will be ruined.

If any form in ruined you can always get a fresh form from Ms. Morgan.

Before you even attempt a stamp drink a lot of breast milk. This will raise your sperm production and makes successfully stamping a form much easier.

Get Morgan's face stamp.

Charge up with a nice milk party.

Initiate oral sex with Morgan.

Watch the sperm meter. That's the small meter next to Fry's lust meter. Make sure it's more than 1/2 way full.

Cum on Morgan's face.

Check the face icon at the bottom of the screen to make sure it's more than 50.

End the sex encounter. (Stop sign)

You will be asked if you want to get her stamp.

Yes you do.

Now you have her face stamp. Repeat the exact same process for Morgan's ass print.

Once the Extortion Form has both stamps you can talk to Morgan to return the form.

Leela's Hucow "Expression" and Dr. Cahill's "Exploitation" form require more sperm on their breast stamps. No less than 75 units of sperm. Other than that all the stamping procedures work exactly the same.
