Build 180823a: Fixed crash when fingering Heather and she cums. No change to save data you can use 180823 saves. This will put some real miles on the new save format check. It should not give a warning when loading 180823 data into 1`80823a game. Re-download and install over top of previous build.

This update is mostly about fixing stuff. I went back and fixed a bunch of stuff that may have "worked" but it wasn't working very well. I also needed to fix some balance and event ordering stuff. So ...
