Should I use Japanese endings such as (-chan, -kun, -san, -sama) in the statements and naming of characters?

 I'm asking because maybe most people don't like them.

I personally don't mind to much either way. More importantly to me would be if it makes sense. So if the story is based in the Uk for instance it would be weird for me
