I'm still trying to figure out what he'll be doing in terms of assessing the restaurants... Dose he eat in them, assess the gains, pass those, gains onto those that need the gains more than him... I'm probably wrong like always, but like always this has got my imagination gears turning.

Aha, so this is Ras's business! Still leaves quite a few questions...but I'm sure we'll start to learn more about his motives and what he's working towards. I really do appreciate the story telling and plot developments; it's easy to get invested in these characters! I'll say I do like the chub and tums, but I stick around for just how interesting the characters and world is, so I look forward to what's to come!
