Ras leads Tedrick to his private suite to talk- after all, Cole already spilled the beans and from Teddy's reaction it was clear he knew Ras was no ordinary business man seeking to chat.

Thankful for the lingering effects of a candle Ras used earlier, it matters not that Tedrick noticed it. The moment he inhaled the smoke, the effects started settling in. Tedrick's outward actions and answers to all of Ras' questions were that of a close friend, despite that on the inside Teddy is fully aware of the gentle manipulation.

So more answers are spilled- Ras gets the truth of what occurred tonight, learning that Cole not only lied but that his actions also drew in an innocent bystander and may have caused unwanted attention from this magic family to focus on Ras.

His solution? Take away Teddy's memories of the night and cover his tracks- but it seems the pressure and fear have built up beyond Tedrick's control. The friendly effects of the candle have faded. And so Tedrick instinctively reacts with his own magic, unsure of how far Ras is going to go to cover this all up...
