Challenge: Aika FTM Fox TF Sketch WIP (Patreon)

A new FTM challenge incoming. This one has been inspired by an old TF story I remember from when I first found the community, except changing it to the girl becoming a male fox to be bred with the trapped vixen. Doing a more feral ftm can be a nice challenge in itself too, and I wanted the mental regression to happen early on.
