Whoa, actual tangible updates!? That's wild! 

Hello everyone, thank you again for being so damn patient with me while I get back on the horse. I am happy to report that there are actual new audios recorded and in the pipeline, getting ready for our return to the regular Monday/Thursday schedule! On top of that, we have an upcoming stream revealing...someone...! 

Lots of great stuff on the horizon! On top of that, I share the tale of my nightmarish meeting with my primary care provider regarding my ADHD diagnosis, and some other fun personal stuff. 

We are SO back!

I'm sorry, WELLBUTRIN alone??? And with no real consideration?? That shouldn't have happened. I'm glad you didn't take it immediately. Obviously, I'm NOT your care team and I don't know your brain or body or medical history, so like, don't take this as advice-- my psych added clonidine and Abilify to my brain cocktail this year and those seem to be helping. (of course I'm also on fucking desvenlafaxine and, after proper consideration, wellbutrin, and that's just what I need for my brain alongside 2 types of therapy, so this is SERIOUSLY not advice!! Treatment-resistant chronic depression + anxiety disorder + god knows what else is a motherfucker :'D)

I got an ADHD diagnosis at 5 years old. It was so bad that in the immortal words of my dad “the damn RECEPTIONIST in the psych office could tell you had it” my parents had to change up their parenting styles after that, but one thing my mom always says to me to remind me of things is “pills AND skills will pay your bills, but pills OR skills will get you nil” Moral of the story is, if you keep developing your coping skills, and find medication that works for you, you will be unstoppable.
