Season 2 is definitely an escalation of season 1. It’s kinda like a good hurt tho because of how good this show is, the book novel storytelling through these actors… AND season 2 makes you absolutely have good closure with all the feelings this show brought turmoil with 😂

I have started reading the books. I will say season 2, is immaculate. I would highly recommend. Season 1 is very romantic thriller, and season 2 is psychological thriller. Season 2 makes you question a lot of people’s narrations of the story.

Absolutely do S2 like just be ready for the emotional turmoil that is going to bring you, once again take the time you need in between reactions, especially with the recast of Claudia in S2 but you're definitely gonna love the actress playing her. It's such a travesty that S1 wasn't even nominated for Emmys during that year and after watching S2 I really hope the Awards start recognizing this and gives them the flowers they deserve🙏🙏🙏

The fact that Louis was so attached to Lestat that he was willing to get violent with Claudia to protect him...my god someone save my sister from these men. It's so heartbreaking watching her put all her energy into Louis' recovery just for him to turn around and pick Lestat over her again. I would love to watch season 2 with you because I love when smart people watch this show. You're very observant and can clearly identify the dynamics of everyone's relationships which is exactly what makes it all so compelling. You want to root for everyone (not you, Lestat) but at the end of the day they're all basically serial killers and none of them are good people!
