Hi gang [sadly]

I come to you with another envelope-related tragedy, here, on the 24th of September, 2024.

I finally receive my new batch of envelopes today in a tasteful glittery pink and with a correct zipcode. But to my horror, the little bear emoticon ( ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ ) has been butchered and my kind thankful message as well. The first image above shows the envelopes as they were delivered to me. The second image shows a reconstruction of the desired envelope that my team at the department has mocked up based on witness recollection.

It is unknown the cause of this error, as my email confirmation did not look this way. I'm having my crisis team (me) investigate the incident (emailed the printer) and we're working endlessly to find resolution and more importantly, monetary compensation.

As an avid believer in a low-waste lifestyle, I will be using these envelopes since they are functional, but know that they were meant to be more. Hopefully the shimmer of the pink can smother your disappointment when it arrived at your doorstep.

Sticker club will carry on in production and hopefully be mailed by next Monday.
