Not Receiving Sticker Club?? 2.0 (Patreon)

Hi patrons,

It's that time of year again. I thought its time to refresh info about sticker club and lost mail/information changes.

ARE YOU NOT RECEIVING STICKER CLUB IN THE MAIL?

First off, some info about sticker club: You can sign up at any day of the month, so to make sure I get everyone's information, I wait to ship stickers at the END of each month. If you sign up, for example, anywhere from June 1st - June 30th, you will get the sticker for June, which I ship during the last week or so of June. If its July 3rd and you're freaking out because you signed up on June 1st and haven't gotten your June sticker in a month, it is because I would've just sent it a few days ago!

Stickers are mailed in envelopes with stamps, so there is no tracking! It's normal for international stickers to take a few weeks to arrive.

Additionally, when you sign up, you are asked to include a shipping address or you can click a box that says "opt out of receiving benefits by mail." If you click that box, you will not have an address listed and you will not get mail.

Similarly, if you recently moved and didn't update your address, you also will not get mail!

Also similarly, if you have a typo in your address, you may not get mail.

My best #1 advice is to check your listed address in your membership! Every time mail gets sent back to me it says there's an issue with the address.

How to do this:

On desktop:

On my Patreon page, head to the "Membership" tab. Under the "Your membership" section, it will show what tier you currently are in. If you hover over this box, a little pencil icon will show up. When you click on it, you will be taken to the settings section of Patreon, where my membership will be shown with all your shipping and billing information. If you need to make changes, this is where you will do that!

On mobile app:

I am unsure if you are able to check your membership on the mobile app! But you can do it in a browser.

On mobile internet browser:

On patreon, head to my page. Click on the "membership" tab, and under the "your membership" section, you will see the tier you are signed up in. Under the title, there is a little pencil icon. Click on it, and you will see your shipping and billing information. Make changes as necessary!

IF YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT/you have been receiving mail fine until one month/another third thing:

Then it is possible it got lost! This happens VERY often. Please message me HERE on patreon in direct messages in the messages tab. Please tell me if you have checked your address and if it's correct and what month of stickers you are missing. I will send them again!

If you are a new member or a forgetful one, please have a check right now to ensure your information is up to date and correct so you can get your stickers!
