fishes in the wind - process vid! (Patreon)

Hi patrons,

Here is a little process video of my latest drawing! It is a rare non-fanart drawing from me. I felt like I havent drawn Beautiful Girl no.873 in a while and I just wanted to draw some of these fish wind catchers. Wind sock, if you will.

I start out with a version that I play around with just to solidify my concept, and it changes quite a bit to the version you know once I get my references sorted. This drawing is semi realistic, I use references quite loosely and let my colors be inaccurate or unrealistic and play with the varying levels of rendering. I conclude it all with a boat load of textures and a very colorful palette!
