BADTOBER 2026: day 1-3 (Patreon)

Hello patrons!

I’ve decided I will post my badtober entries here once they accumulate a bit more! So starting off, here are days 1 -3.

DAY 1: Let’s play it safe

For this prompt. I interpreted the prompt (which I made) as, it is day 1 so just draw something you always draw. However, drawing Batman is not something I am very good at. But it IS something I enjoy so that’s good motivation. It is really kinda mid but it will do! My mediums were interacting strangely. I cover all the pages in white posca to cover up the bleeding from the previous page as well as to PREVENT bleeding from the new one. This is very effective, but it does create a sort of slick and absorbent finish on the page. I often like what this does and how it affects the drawing, but it was unpredictable and strange today.

DAY 2: A soft touch

I ALMOST bailed on this day already lol, but I persevered. I very quickly drew sweet Melon sleeping on her heart pillow. Melon ideally would sleep on this pillow every single day. But that more often than not, depends entirely on if someone is there to place it under her head. She is very incapable of getting herself comfortable. But she very specifically likes this pillow more than any other. It perfectly conforms to her body. And it has friendly appendages to enclose her. Its design is very human. And to her, this provides a soft touch. This drawing is done with posca and ink!

DAY 3: This is what it’s all about

For this day, I just wanted to draw Rick and Michonne and it happened to work out. I can’t believe there is no more Rick and Michonne content for me to absorb…I miss them. They definitely feel that the two of them,,, are what it’s all about. And family and all that but second only to each other. And for me, fanart is what it’s all about. This drawing is white posca base with copic on top. I just layer it so freaking much. I had no intention to color it realistically.. And I actually might have liked its initial form more than the final. So I will now show that:
