ARTHUR MORGAN final and wallpapers! (Patreon)

Hello silly billies. AYLA DON’T READ THIS SPOILERS!!!!! 

This is a long awaited Arthur Morgan drawing he is so gamer so epic and incredibly bestie. I am not sure why I never drew him maybe I could never find a good ref. 

May I be honest with you all…? I.. was going to post more minecraft youtuber art today and I just couldn’t bear to do that to you all so in a mere few hours (quite a few) I whipped this drawing up instead. I was surprised frankly that I could do it in a day. In my prime I drew a drawing almost everyday, a full one. Idk what I was on… but today reminded me of past me.. I will still post my minecraft youtuber drawing because I am myself but I couldn’t do it after an almost week long hiatus. This will soften the blow.  

But yes I am playing RDR2 once again. Could be the fifth OR sixth time I’ve done so and it is still so good. Best game ever. One of them. I sketched it out in the Apple Notes Application.. the ANA if you will. Then I pulled it up in Adobe Fresco and then I add a little this and that to the sketch to fix it up then I make the lineart different color and smack some colors underneath and then eventually I find myself smacking more and more colors on top. Until the sketch is hardly there at all. It was quite painterly this time. Used a chisel brush and don’t do much layering (at first) and then just keep the edges quite rough. But I like that. I think the skin is quite alive (which can be seen as sort of sad when you remember his sickly fate). Then I pop some clouds in the background, quite inspired by the reference. Very textured this time around!! The same brush I used on Ellie’s hoodie I used on his clothes and hat! The skin is more of the angled canvas brush than the detail one (default Fresco) that I use more often.
