When you talk about copying a game without understanding what makes it good, you see this all over business. There's a new product with some creative ideas on the market that's hot. Another company sees the product's revenue stream and they think "I want to copy that revenue stream!" (It's the Money Ghost whispering in their ear). Anthem is a good example, but it's not just games. Also look at MCU copies: WB's largely failed DCCU which tried to press fast forward to get to Marvel a couple of times. And Most notably the "Dark Universe" from Universal which wanted to have a Cinematic Universe immediately. These all failed because a "Cinematic Universe" is a revenue stream studios want. Average people don't care about the details of canon. The MCU gives people more connections to the Marvel films people liked and more depth to the Marvel characters they wanted to see more of. The copiers didn't understand that the original MCU films were all about the individual films. Marvel studios didn't know they would succeed and be bought by Disney. The Nick Fury bits in the original Marvel films were a tease of an idea Marvel hoped to do but they weren't a deep part of the original films. It was only in the later films they planted seeds for movies they were sure they could make, and even then some of those were fairly pasted in, like Hawkeye appearing in Thor. So what I'm saying is Razor Freestyle Scooter is the Dark Universe.

I forgot how BIZARRELY BAD this game could be at times. I'm not deep into the extreme sports genre myself but from what I hear, a better skateboarding game for kids is Disney's Extreme Skate Adventure which people say is literally Tony Hawk but with Disney characters. (NOT To be Confused with Disney Sports Skateboarding which uh... I'll just say Extreme Skate Adventure is the better one)
