Update (Patreon)

Hi all,

Small update for you, over the last couple of days I've had a lump on my lower back close to my spine flair up causing a lot of pain and sickness. I just got prescribed some antibiotics, I'm still working on Black Horizon a little bit each day but I'm very drowsy at the moment. I'm hoping these antibiotics do the trick otherwise I will need to get the lump removed.
