Transformation and corruption is the way to go, as suggested the innocent church girl into a total slut bimbo or the opposite a big tiddy goth dyke are great, Or young and proper lady to an over the hill prostitute or stripper. Witches, demons and monsters are all cool as well either staying the same sex or even growing that extra appendage. Thing is alot of the corruption/transformation that most of us like is done via magical means, which is great, a bargain with a demon or finding a cursed object, exploring some caves or a haunted house or castle; all are great settings or catalysts for change. Keep going but not so much Loli stuff?

Also transformation corruption like the BORG in star trek, controlled by a hive mind consensus and cybernetically upgraded. Nice.
