make the face more predatory (more sharp, fangs, maybe the ears are elongated as if elven only with a hint of a monster)

that is, on those characters whose hair is open and ears are visible - you can lengthen the ears (experiment I have little idea how it will be). on those with lush hair, a more fanged mouth is possible, but this is difficult to do leaving the face. i.e. the character will lose its original face
