if you’ve a question for Captain Kefin then drop them in the comments below!

Is Kevin Owens the best wrestler in the WWE at the moment? Legitimately entertaining character, brilliant in ring, sarcastic as hell - he, more than anyone, deserves a world title run not splintered by that bald Goldberg

Hey Kefin Just wondering what we're gonna do about this Boys' Picks mess. I feel like there's been some sort of mistake and was wondering if it was possible to call off the vote? Make it a win! Your friend, Adam Bibilo

Retro Jonesy (Craig Jones)

Hey Kefin. Would you ever consider going further back in time to the Hogan Era, or New Generation Era? Some of those early shows are some of the best/worst of all time and feel like they would be highly entertaining to have you guys talk about them. Also when will you be doing Vengence 2001? It's the last piece of the puzzle to finally complete all of 2001

When do you think The Rock stopped being cool? And what did he lose? I've been thinking about this since I was a child. I feel like Wrestlemania 17 was the end of prime Austin, and the Attitude Era, but also prime Rock. Even as a young boy when the Rock came back after his brief hiatus to film The Mummy Returns, he didn't feel the same to me, but I've never been able to put into words why. The closest I can get to an answer is Dwayne, stopped playing The Rock as a character and put way more of himself in there. When he came back he stopped wearing the fancy shirts, didn't have the silly sideburns anymore, didn't do the exaggerated scowl. The Rock at one point was so ridiculous and over the top it looped round to being the coolest thing, but after his return it felt like it was Dwayne trying to present himself as cool. Apologies for the long question, but it's been something I've been pondering for so long now.

If you watched the 2025 Royal Rumble, did you like the sponsored bar at the bottom of the screen that tracked the entrance number and participants?

Randy Worth

When he returned during the Invasion for me. Something about his haircut, how manic his energy was and his promo game seemed off.

Randy Worth

Are you familiar with u/BretHartBuriesThis and u/KevNashShootsOnThis? Always a guaranteed laugh for me.

Ralph Lee

Yeah, that's kind of what I mean when he stopped feeling like he was playing The Rock. The Rock was never that manic, he'd always come out with a massive a scowl and talk at a deliberate cadence. I think at something Dwayne forgot how to play the character.

Connor Hicks

Would u ever do the early Ruthless Aggression era? Like starting at Vengeance 2001 and ending at SummerSlam 02 or WrestleMania 19?

Joshua Roberts

Ahoy Captain, Are there any plans to re-visit any other older episodes of the AE Podcast? Wrestlemania 14 Revisited is one of my favorites you guys have done, and a podcast with major themes of nostalgia turning that nostalgia around on themselves is super interesting. (Also loved the Star Wars revisited over on Cinema Swirl, or any time How2 takes another look at a wrestler)

Chris Morton

I put this question in the last Q&A post but realized it didn’t fit the theme. I wanted to know if you or the other guys had experience playing any wrestling sim games. EWR, TEW or Journey to Wrestling in particular.

Jack Barrett

If you had to book the most "Physical" wrestling PPV what would the card look like?

jollytheoldsaint

Do you think you might've lost the last boy's pick because we don't want you to die by way of Ric Flair impressions? I'm already concerned for your health, considering the noises being made during the last few smackdown crawls.

Hey there kefin, 3 questions for ya. 1. If you were to have your perfect breakfast meal, what would it be like? 2. Would you prefer to play old video games emulated or on the original hardware? 3. What is your go to dessert?

Shawn Sommerville

Bit of a long, existential, kinda rambly one here for you. As a fan of many wrestlers in WWE and AEW, I often find myself grappling with angst about how so many of them are unbelievably talented in-ring and/or on promos, have the potential to be world champion/company ace and deserve the time and space to prove they can be so, yet many of them will never even get close to that position and top out at an upper midcard, midcard or even lower card level, not necessarily through negligence of the booker (at least post-Vince, anyway), but just through there not being enough time to push them all to the top without turning your main event scene into a revolving door or completely blowing out the runtime of the TV/PPV shows. Is this is something you’ve ever thought about or discussed with your co-hosts? And if so, how do you reconcile what you think the full potential of a talent is to the practical ability for the promotion to be able to provide them the platform to reach it relative to every other deserving talent on its roster?

Ashleigh Clements

Howdy Captain Mahon hope you are doing well and want to wish you a early happy birthday in March, with looking at part 2 of season five are you guys going to start with summerslam 09 and end with either rumble 10 or wrestlemania 26? Keep up the great work always a great listen when a new episode drops

Randy Worth

Which theme do you prefer? Triple H's "Corporate Player" theme or his JRPG town theme when he was the Blueblood?

Dr. Judge, Private Eye

Seems like as good a time as any to ask: what did you think of all of Twin Peaks, and David Lynch's career, in-totality? I feel like I enjoy his stuff more and more as I get older. And feel free to skip reading this aloud, if I may be insufferably lyrical for a moment: this podcrabs of podcasts has always been, and continues to be, a real signal lamp in a bluntly Hellish industry.
