Sorry about this being so close to the public release in about 4 hours as well as it including the ad. Having your fiance on as a backseat producer role is amazing. A very fitting role for the red thread actually. It should be kept on specifically for the red thread! Out of all your podcast the red thread would most benefit from a back seat producer to keep things on track.

I think that episodes theory crafting on the bodies in Roopkund Lake would be really cool. Or a breakdown of the research into Atrazine causing sexual dysfunction and sex reversal in frogs by Dr. Tyrone Hayes (and the subsequent attempted cover ups by the chemical company) would be very fitting for the red thread.

Yeah! Sorry about this but as I said in the description, Zaya (our editor) only got the recording files about 12 hours before public upload on a Sunday due to us having to push back the recording time for Isaiah. That meant that we needed to rush the public version and unfortunately didn't have time to spare to make a Patreon cut. Really sorry about this. Figured you guys would still want it uploaded and early as opposed to us circling back and making an ad-free cut to then upload the day after since you can use the 15 second skip to pass the ad. -J

I actually do like this. Not a third guest, but sort of an overseer. Occasionally chiming in. Then again, Jackson’s Fiance definitely has the voice for the podcast. I’m all in favor of her or Kaya if they want a third guest.

Was more about needing to get the video render started immediately to make deadlines. Just made more sense when we were rushing. It was also a Sunday and our editor worked all day to get it out so I didn't want to add more pain to his day. -J

Howdy Jackson, since I know you read constructive criticism. I think this pod flowed super well! I think doing two hosts and a producer that chimes in is actually optimal format for this kind of show. You and Isaiah have really good chemistry, and your fiancé does well as the fact checker and chimer. Caleb and Charlie were fun and did well on the show, so no disrespect to them at all, but I think in terms of fluidity and cohesion, this format is the best.
