Update for October: Respite, Coding, Music! (Patreon)

Lookit that cute bleppin' kitty :D Welcome to October! It's cold out around here now, but that's OK because we're all sick of Summer anyway, right? Here we go!

Respite

I've taken this past month a bit slower than the prior, well, 20 or so months and it's been a breath of fresh air. It definitely took a while to get used to moving a bit slower creatively, but I do think that overall it's a very positive thing when it comes to my mental health.

Instead of focusing on tons of commissioned projects, I've been working on personal projects and doing some singles. I shared Under the Influence on here a few weeks ago and I have another single planned to release in a week or two depending on how things go.

I do intend on ramping up my production schedule again, especially with videos, but probably in a month or so when Winter starts in earnest and I'm snowed inside anyway.

Coding

One things I've been doing a lot more lately is programming! I started the general idea for a game (or at least some art for it) and I've been working on some interactive stuff with my streaming overlay.

It's been a lot of fun getting back into programming things. I hope I can get more into Unity and making things again!

Music

Was a pretty big deal this month for music. We had both the end of Season 7 of the Two Hour Track Challenge, but we also had the 150th 2HTC stream! It's hard to believe that I've been doing the 2HTC for nearly three years and things are still going strong.

Looking forward to doing many, many more of them.
