Patron update for November: Music, music, and more music (Patreon)

Hey all! It just started snowing here. So that's neat, guess the yard is gonna look like butts all Winter because the leaves are still falling. Anyway, I got a few updates this time around, though they all have a similar theme, as you've probably guessed from the title.

Music

Biggest news is that the Two Hour Album Challenge went on last weekend! It was a super fun event with a record-breaking 33 submissions. Really proud of the community for coming together to make this great thing happen. The album is free to download, but purchases directly support an animal shelter. If you have the time, definitely check out the submissions over on Bandcamp here: https://2hac.bandcamp.com/album/isolation-2hac-volume-4

Music

Another big thing going on this month is the NaSoAlMo (National Solo Album Month). The goal is to write 29 minutes of original music this month. This first week has been pretty crazy with the 2HAC challenge and releasing the fruits and veggies sample pack, but I have a solid 6 or 7 minutes done already!

Am a big fan of these "album in a month" challenges. It's where Do This Justice and Covered in Cats came from and they have been one of my most well received independent albums.

More Music

Overall, I feel like I've broken out of the creative slump I fell into earlier this year. Things have been going really well overall. I hope that the momentum can keep up through the rest of this month and we can make some cool stuff together on streams.

Starting in December, I want to start getting back into programming again. There are a few ideas that I want to get out into the world. I also have a handful of small commission projects that need to get tackled, so there will be lots coming up!

------

A bit of a shorter update this month, but it's been a very focused few weeks. Hope you've been doing well! I'm going to go donate for some kitties :D
