Patreon Update for February: Flux (Patreon)
Content
Hey all! Things have been zooming by. Like I've mentioned in prior updates, I've been working on wrapping things up so I can focus more on personal projects and other endeavors. Starting up the monthly sample packs has been a lot of fun, especially since I have the whole year's worth of packs planned out. Just gotta do the work to make them.
January was a busy month, but a productive one. I was in a pretty deep creative funk for a while and it took quite a long time to dig myself out of it. It's weird how the Two Hour Track Challenge is something that gives me anxiety every week, but also keeps me super grounded creatively. It's good to take a break from it, but also definitely something that centers me.
This month is a bit of a weird one for me, I'm doing some traveling and just generally occupied for the first half of the month and I can't stay on top of my responsibilities, which is why I released this week's song last week (which was super fun, in case you missed it).
I have a huge backlog of Patreon Podcast episodes, which I'm proud of. I'm hoping to keep recording new episodes and getting them scheduled. Been having a lot of fun with the podcast and I'm hoping to take these ideas and toss them into a eBook or something for inspiration on demand! Been on my mind for a while.
I'm still tuning up the studio, but it's more or less rearranged now. You can see the new video recording layout on my more recent videos. I like it a lot, though it could use a bit more refinement to clean it up. Always a work in progress.
Anyway, things are going OK. I feel like I got my mojo back a bit more from a rough start to the year. Looking forward to jamming the heck out of some music in the second half of the month.
Will be donating to some kitties soon! 😻
