The reason Stringer met with Marlo was because he had too. He originally thought Marlo was a low level dealer and had Bodie speak to him. But he slowly began realizing Marlo isn't a little dog. He's actually a big deal. He was only gonna take a meeting with Avon or Stringer.

Not sure if you noticed because it was happening fast, but Omar's boyfriend is the one who shot Tosha. That's why Kimmy is so mad.

Yeah when they were shooting he fired while running and shot her in the head. That's why Kimmy has had an attitude with him and even said "Maybe we should contact the police and tell them who did what". She's pissed and rightfully so.
