YAY heartstopper, if you want to binge a similar short series, i recommend Heartbreak High - the tone is like between Heartstopper and Euphoria lol

I will say it is important to keep in mind that Nick is a teenager, who's figuring stuff out. The homophobia is rampant in U.K, too

I AM glad you loved Tao. Lots of people found him really intense. But like you said, he just calls you out on your BS. When you are young you do need those kinds of moral guides from friends!

Yes !! I said that through each episode .. but also have to consider he knows wrong from right (when it comes to hurting ppls feelings and did Charlie the way Ben did . He was just way more nicer about it ! That’s why I say I’m not mad or upset at nick! I’m upset the way Charlie is being played. All love both parts at the end

I do apologize! It was fairly late when I was watching it, so wasn't the sharpest. I could just understand the struggle Nick went through-the actor did play it beautifully. Season 2 Nick growth is even better btw <3 Like you also said once you find out who you are, you just don't care, anymore

Also, they are graphic novels-hence the butterfly drawings. And some of my niece's favorite books . They are just very clean in terms of teens figuring things out, and not going too far. Like you said, it is pretty young to he dating-and the mom in me, was worried about how far they'll take it, lol Because they are babies! lol

Girl don’t apologize!! Lmao we are talking this is a good thing .! 😭😭🤣 I just felt Charlie more ! I love nick and the gang but I have been Charlie !! It hurts 🥹🥹🥹😭 but also know how it is to be young and don’t know who you are yet (sometimes) .

I honestly thought they was 18 19 .. in college first 2 episodes.. so yes I have to remember they are young.!

They are baby, babies! They always get older teens to play younger teens, too, lol. So that doesn't help

Totally get that about being Charlie. I think I've been a bit of both Charlie and Nick. As I'm asexual-and it took AGES to find out-so understanding being different is very confusing!
