The thumbnail makes it look like I have an evil idea haha!

This one was a very important movie and had some really great acting in scenes with powerful words. Thanks again to Keiran for this request and your support! Will be keeping this a Patreon exclusive as I have other movies I want to prioritise for Youtube at the moment.

Hope you guys enjoy! Should be uploading some Love Victor tomorrow!

Looks like an evening with Seb tonight 😂 Spiderman at 6 and Hidden Figures after that ❤️

Chris

This film was incredible, love how you can look back in history to see some of the real heroes who helped us get to where we are now.

Nikki Sonrisa

I LOVE this movie! shockingly, it did not win any Oscars although it was nominated for three including Best Picture and Best Supporting Actress for Octavia Spencer. glad you enjoyed it Seb!

The scene about the toilet and coffee pot had me in tears the first time I saw it! So emotional. Your reaction was a little like mine. If you enjoyed this “The Help” will break you ❤️

Jeff Cabrera

The performances in this one 👌🏽

Dónde está la biblioteca

Mixed feelings. So incredibly impressed by and proud of these women. Also sad and horrified with dehumanizing behaviors that were accepted as the norm.

Keiran Foord

The scene with Katherine coming back from the toilet and having to explain to them what she goes through is a scene that always leaves a lump in my throat cause it's so amazingly acted. And yes, I will be up for next month and I still haven't decided yet what to request, I may have to talk to you about it first though. Thanks again Seb this is an awesome reaction!

Mark Wood

I am still surprised so few Americans knew about not only Katherine's story in NASA, but the fact that so many women were used as "Computers" back in the day. Of course I have always been obsessive about NASA history including the roles of women that history never really remembered or didn't allow them to continue.

This movie is so good. Such a great cast all around.

Nicole Tambone

you should watch gifted. It has a math child prodigy and chairs evens in it! what more can you ask for

Ruby

I second the request to watch GIfted. Great movie and Chris Evans is in it. Win win.

I hadn't heard about this film before or about the people it was portraying. Films like this always remind me of how far we have come in such a short amount of time. The people who were discriminating and discriminated against as adults at that time, some are still alive today. Certainly most of their children are alive today. This film was powerful and had great acting. Good choice Keiran 😁

Vonnie Stewart

it was moonshine that she was drinking lol, ironic since they got men to the moon! racism was even worst than this shows so "that's ridiculous" was an understatement lol. watch A Time to Kill it never ended, esp with police or in the south. my grandpa was SHOCKED that i could go to the University of Miami, a good school, as a "colored girl" in his words in 2003, 40 years after this time period. if you like the music so much, react to Cadillac Records!!!

it didn't happen that some random white man savior helped though, that was the bad part. all of these movies act like some white dude needs to swoop in and save the day in history
