Sorry for not starting season 2 but I will make sure to watch 4 episodes next time :) I hope you guys enjoyed watching this with me and I am SURE you loved the last 2 episodes..

Hope you all have a great week and I appreciate you all very much!

these 2 reactions may be your most rewatched on Patreon Seb, we all appreciate the extra effort for special episodes or films. :P

Ughhh that cliffhanger 😩 so excited to see what happens next with Victor and Benji but I'll be good and wait to watch along with you. Don't be modest Seb, you know you looked good in that tank top 😏 haha

Samuel

I admire your restraint - I can never stop watching when I've started, which is why almost everything I watch I binge in one sitting (I watched the latest season of Riverdale, 19 episodes, in one sitting just last week xD) Andrew did show a redeeming quality declining Mia's invitation, cos he doesn't just want to be a rebound/random booty call, which would for sure happen from that, so good on him really. And yeah, Mia could make more of an effort with Victoria, even though I get it's a lot to take all at once, but I'm glad she opened up with her at the end. Oh yeah, and if you want some juice .... you'll be drenched during season 4, let's just say that xD Thanks for the great reactions :)

This finale was EVERYTHING. There was so much “will they or won’t they” all season and for the show to finally reward us was just beautiful. Perfect song choice as well (NGL I cried when I first watched it 😅). I felt so happy for Victor in that small moment when he smiling back at Benji (when he’s going back inside the dance). It was perfect 🥺

Jeff Cabrera

That cliffhanger though …💀 The rest of us had to wait a whole ass year for new episodes, so you’re lucky 😂

Keiran Foord

I kinda want you to do a cosplay with Benji but from Ep7 of season 2, you'll know when you see it ;)

This episode is heartbreaking to me. Gonna get a bit personal here, but as a gay guy, it's gut wrenching to see people suffering of the heteronormativity of society. So many hearts are broken, because we fail to normalise love for everyone. It's taboo, unacceptable for so many families out there. When you're growing up, trying to figure out who you are and realise no one out there is here to show you that you're identity is valid, it's absolutely devastating. I totally respect the fact you dislike PDA Seb, it makes people uncomfortable. As someone who can't hold my boyfriend's hand, or hug him without feeling wrong, I've come to accept people showing love to each other publicly (as long as it's socially acceptable of course). On a lighter note, this show is a happy show overall, it shows many young people, and older people, that love is possible. It's not easy, but possible, and you eventually get through the tough parts, and can enjoy the best parts of it ! =)

*Spoilers* This episode was crazy, so many ups and downs. When Andrew came out of the cubicle my mouth dropped to the floor. The bench scene was so lovely and cute, it's all we ever wanted. I wish the stuff with Mia had been gone through already but nothing is perfect. I feel like Victor and Benji are going to be the cutest couple ever and it's going to be beautiful. PLEASE! ❤️ Felix, I also wish all the happiness- he is amazing! P.S. Seb I can't not laugh with you in your little awkward funny moments, it's impossible 😂

#WeHateDerek becomes #SebFlex 👀😂

Liam Kershaw-Calvert

Your fangirling for Benji and hatred for Derek is everything! 🤣 Love this show! So glad you chose to react to it!

Michael

You definitely need to react to sex education!!

Michael

Do the first 4 together, that way you can get deep into the story quicker. The later episodes in the season will be more juicy, so better to spread them out.

Samuel

Oh and in case you aren't aware, George Sear who plays Benji is actually British, his mother Juliet Sears has sometimes appeard on This Morning cos she's a baker, and I remember seeing Holly and Philip (who I honestly love, even tho I'm Danish) talk to Juliet about George and Love, Victor, I think last year maybe, not quite sure :) Who knows, maybe you'll bump into him at the gym! #letthefanficscommence xD

Glenn Van Pestel

The ending is a nice throwback to Simon’s mom’s speech: “You can exhale now”. Right after Victor comes out, he exhales. I like that.

KiwiJello

I don't watch this show, so it would probably be weird if I watched this just to see Seb in a wifebeater? LOL He's looking fetch.

Chris

I do want to see this series since I adored Love, Simon so much so will have to put it in my queue. With that said... Oh Seb, the dam gates have opened and the flood waters are out of control. I fear no one will be able to walk away from this. :P

The love Simon ep 10 title threw me off. Had to scroll down to make sure I was looking at the right thing. Lol Btw Seb, you looked awesome! And I mean that in the most wholesome way possible. 😁

Jerry Whitehurst

Loved the Tank Top Look, I would say save the Tank Top for a Major Episode Event

RJ

could've sworn I heard the police knocking getting ready to arrest you for carrying them GUNS! lmao kidding kidding, but I enjoyed watching your reaction to this season! can't wait for S2

Knights Who Say Sledge

So far, my favorite experience to date watching any reactor watch a TV series has been you watching this series. It's one of my tip-top feel good watches and it has been a B L A S T getting to ride along while you watch season one. I am stoked to see you continue with season two when dig in. Thank you much, Seb - keep up the goodness

Dale Lisle

You look so hot. <3 I love watching you react to this! haha

Dónde está la biblioteca

Wear the clothes. Don't let them wear you. Meaning: just own it, be confident, don't apologize, don't call attention to it. Just own it. Until then, the clothes are wearing you. My take.

Dwixxx

So first, the guns were distracting as hell. So effing hot. Next, the last episode of this season always makes me cry and this was no expection. I feel so bad for Mia and Victor's dad's voice cracks during the scene where they say that they're separating and that cuts to the heart for me. Ugh. I did not enjoy season 2 as much and look forward to seeing your feedback. Lastly, don't let this be the last time we get a gunshow, it was so fetch!

EdgingNothing

"its my gift to my patreons....hows that?" I can say Seb.... love the gift hahaha. Its ok if you want a bit of a break from the series, though i can say I cant wait till that day happens because season 2 is was great as well

EdgingNothing

agree and disagree........ "the guns were distracting as hell" agree haha and "I did not enjoy season 2 as much" disagree respectfully. I thought season 2 was great with more twists and turns. Maybe you did enjoy it though because you did say "as much" but we can agree on seb for sure lol

Mark Wood

My big problem with this season (and it's entirely personal) is that I hate, hate to see guys who seem to be portrayed as being significantly more attracted to men then women (again as the show presents it), who are also aware of these feelings (his voice offers show this), yet for the desire to fit in are absolutely willing to date women. If you are bisexual (no problem), if you are someone attracted to personality but nothing based on a persons sex (no problem), if you are utterly unaware that your attractions tend to be towards the same sex (no problem). While any of the above situations can absolutely cause harm to the person you are dating, it's not a conscious deceit. But if you are aware that your feelings lean towards the same sex, but you're personally just not ready to face it (even if aware of it), then don't date women pretending its romantic of nature. Now every generations has it differences, each person has it different, each country can have a massive difference (so for clarity I am talking US). If you live in a place where even the belief that you might be different is a death sentence, then clearly you have to do what you have to do. And yes there is still plenty of the world where that is reality. But that isn't the reality of this shows setting. Back in 72 when I first came to the realization that I was gay, homosexuality was viewed by professionals as being the equivalent to being a pedaphile, a criminal mental disorder. It wasn't until a year later that they changed their view, and it took a few years before any books I had access too made notice of this. I stayed in the closet (with one exception), until I was around 16. And even at this time, I never dreamed of dating a girl. Not because it wouldn't make my life easier (it would absolutely have) but even as a kid I understood (without any media references of any sort) how much it could hurt someone else. Because I suffered, I should make someone else? Someone who cared for me? And this is from someone who has never been especially nice to others. Polite yes, nice no. But of course, again, everyone experiences, and choices, and situations are different. It's just something that personally bothers me. And I thank that because a girl I knew in elementary school killed herself, it might have made me a more conscious on how I might hurt someone when that was never my direct intent. And if you're going to do it. Please, just go on a date, tell them sorry you would just rather be friends, that way they don't get emotional attached to you. You do this a few times, and some girls might thank your a player, but at least they aren't being manipulated on a far larger scale. Again this only applies if you are in a place where if you aren't shown to be interested and pursuing the opposite sex that you are in actual danger. Then all bets are off.

I understand your viewpoint but I think when confusion, fear, shame, stigma and/or the feeling of wanting to fit in all come into play, some will do things that they may come to later regret. I don't judge them for that even if it is sad for both themselves and particularly for the (ex-)partner. Hopefully we, at least Western societies, are getting to the point soon-ish where non-heterosexual people don't feel the need to try and pretend to others or indeed themselves to be heterosexual. When it comes to Victor in this season I think he falls into the category of confused about his sexuality. He connected to Mia on another level than most people and he mistook that for romantic feelings. He jumped at the chance to be 'normal'. I think he even messaged Simon saying he liked guys and girls at one point. When he realised more fully his feelings for Benji, he almost immediately tried to come out to Mia which I was honestly impressed with. I think Victor's confidence and swiftness at coming out to multiple people, particularly his arguably homophobic parents (I haven't seen S2) is actually inspiring. If he had had the reasonable opportunity to come out to Mia when he wanted to then the pain of seeing him kiss Benji in that way would not have happened. Overall I think Victor acted very mature for his age with everything. Thanks for sharing your story. Hope you are doing well 🙂

Jonnie_No9

Yeah Seb!! I had never seen this show before and just watched the whole thing with you today. Great Guns! I appreciated the Benji cosplay - esp. because George (the guy who plays Benji) starred as a character named SEB on the Disney Channel! 😀

Nick22

I understand your standpoint, but Victor is at his very beginning of figuring out who he is. We also have to take under consideration that there are people who are homosexual but also heteroromantic. Up to that point, we as the audience didn't know what path lies before Victor, so it could have been possible that Victor is sexually attracted to guys but romantically attracted to woman.

Mark Wood

Nick I thank its fairly clear that (especially with what we hear later) that Victor was aware that he wasn't sexually or romantically interested in Mia (visually the show was shot to highlight that fact). We know he was both with Benji. Of course those are specific individuals and may not represent how he feels about men and women as a whole. It seems clear he just wasn't ready to fully admit that to himself. Now that can mean generally one of two things. He wasn't fully aware of it, or he wasn't ready to yet accept it about himself. Both are fairly common. And we thank with voice over we are getting a character's thoughts, but in reality with this show those are him actually communicating with someone else. So they might not reflect what he's truly feeling (or his awareness of what his truly feeling, but just what he is willing to put out there to someone he doesn't know in person). Now of course has we see more and more brief clips of moments in his life we get a little more to get a more accurate but of course never fully realized understanding on who the person is.

understanding where Pilar is coming from is a hard time, but me as a younger sibling totally understands her. i looked up to my siblings as role models, just like how Pilar looks up to Victor, and then someone turns out to be someone you didn't think they were. but, at the end of the day, which Pilar needs to learn is that nobody's perfect!! not even your own siblings, so we need to cut them slack because everyone makes mistakes. that's the trouble with rolemodels, is that you expect them to be perfect, but that's not how life goes :)
