This movie came out of nowhere when it was released! (It relied heavily on word-of-mouth) Watched this opening day with a fairly empty theatre. Made my friends go see it with me the next day to a full house. It was amazing to see such a great under-the-radar movie deservedly succeed. So glad you enjoyed it 😃

📞 Btw, on the phone rn asking Tommy Hilfiger why they haven’t sponsored you yet…. they have me on hold 🙄😤

Dónde está la biblioteca

The movie has only started and as soon as the dad opened his mouth, weird little things are coming out. Is he a huge racist in fact? OK, back to the movie.

Christal Virgen

I haven’t seen this movie! I plan to watch it with you this weekend. 😁

"Sex slaves!" 😂 I love this movie. So creepy, clever and funny. Really enjoying watching along with you on these full length reactions, just like hanging out with a mate. It was a lot of fun watching you freak out during the tense and scary moments lol. Also can't wait for Love Victor later this week, and looking forward to the rest of the scary movies scheduled and of course the Dubai content 😉😂

OK, this was tough. The racial stuff is tough. It's pervasive in real life at least in my country. And seeing these weird, subtle angles of it in this movie is fascinating but mostly hard. Even though it's a movie, it is hard. The acting--amazing. This is first time I'm seeing the lead and he was amazing. They all were. Camera work, settings, lighting caught my attention. Kudos to Jordan Peele who is a killer Meegan in his sketch show. lol

All due respect, am not a fan of the close-to-the mic talking. It is too loud and gets in the way of what characters are saying which might be important exposition etc. You could use that voice for intense sweaty aggressive orgiastic sessions, as one option. lol Loved the movie. :)

This is one of those films you have to re-watch again to see what you missed the first time. Like how she kept the cop from looking at his ID at the beginning because she knew he would go missing. When all the white people show up for the auction, they're all wearing black and driving black cars, hence "black is in fashion". There's also an alternate ending. This film really had everything.

Lots of layers in the film, but so well done. I notice something new almost each time I watch. Jordan Peele won the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay with this. Also excited that you're reacting to Moonlight this month as well! It also has really great cinematography.

Please watch ‘Us’ this spooky season! Also directed by Jordan Peele & would LOVE to see your take on it! Especially with how much you liked ‘Get Out’. Has a lot of the same charm and mystery!

I had to rush home from work to watch this with you! There are so many hints and clues that if you watch for the second time, you'll probably catch all of them and that's so satisfying. If you have time for another Halloween movie this month I highly recommend "the Cabin in the Woods" (2011) if you haven't seen it already. Chris Hemsworth was in it. It's a very well-made film with lots of classic horror film references.

Dónde está la biblioteca

That is a great point because that scene is structured to be something more recognizable in the US. But you are right, it is actually disguised as something else. Great observation!

Dónde está la biblioteca

Didn’t know he won an Oscar. Wow! Not sure if I can stomach seeing the film again to catch more nuance. I’ll find a good essay about it instead. Lol

Judson

It was already apparent from his other videos, but this reaction just underscores that Seb ain't no simp... at least not for the ladies. He was fully rooting for those assholes to be mowed down, dad, mom, son, daughter, everyone!

I'm glad you had a day off on Monday, you deserved it after that weekend. I know you are gonna work super hard to get content planned for whilst you are in Dubai, don't overwork yourself on our account though. I think your idea of trialling your fitness content or any new content on this tier beforehand is a good one. Excited to see the classic horrors upcoming and Love Victor tomorrow!

I only just finished watching that film for the first time, was really enjoyable. I like a good mystery and there were plenty of things I was picking up on throughout to work it out. The biggest red flag early on was when the dad was talking about Jesse Owens beating his dad and said something like 'He almost forgave him'. I saw a comment above talking about when she hid the guy's ID from the policeman and I didn't clock that at all, so probably is a lot of extra indications throughout for a second watch which is cool. Was a very interesting concept which was really well executed. The racial aspects of the film I was not expecting to get from a horror but it was done super well and obviously the film would have been lesser without it. Getting a great mix of different horror films this month.

Glenn Van Pestel

Have not watched this film yet, but have heard a lot of great things about it. So I'm excited to watch it with you :D

Ben Bass

decided to watch along with you for this as it was a first time viewing for me, what a great film.

Nikki Sonrisa

I've been reserving this comment because I wanted to see a bit more from you but after this reaction, it is time: you are officially invited to the cookout 😎 but anyway, I love that you called out Rose being in on it from much earlier than other reactors. great job! definitely watch this one again to pick up on all the little nuances. for example: the deer scene from the beginning was reminiscent of his mom being hit and left by the side of the road. there's a LOT of symbolism in this film that is only noticeable after a couple viewings.

Ebony

Hey Seb, it says “Sorry this video does not exist” when I try to watch it. Not sure what happened, but could you take a look? Looking forward to seeing this reaction.

Brad Johnson

You missed the after credit scene!

Absterrr

Great reaction. I think you misunderstand Rod's job though lol. TSA is airport security, they don't arrest people and are not police so the recurring joke is him telling people about his training and telling the detectives that his training is better. Even though the TSA has a super important job keeping us safe from threats and such, they are not regarded on the same level as law enforcement unfortunately.

Ruby

Seb, try to add 'It Chapter 2' to your Oct schedule if you can please.

Judson

I would too, bro. But some reactions have surprised me in how they hold back (or perhaps self-censor) in rooting for them to get retribution. I guess that only shows how relevant the film's themes are. People are so reluctant to push back against evil when it comes in the form of pretty white women because of how society inherently protects and make excuses for them.

Sean Medellin

Says the video doesn’t exist 😔😔😔
