Finishing this off today! This season went the fastest out of any to be honest which is a shame but it was very fun.

I love Yelena, I need her to interact with so many characters. And definitely more of her with Kate. The opening sequence is amazing, the best version of showing the blip to us.

Loved the “Girls Night” interaction in this one. This was a pairing I didn’t know I needed, and I want more of them teaming up in the future 🤩 Also, as a huge fan of THAT other show (still my favorite Marvel series 💯 ), the reveal at the end was truly an early Christmas gift at the time lol 🎁🙌🏽

I don't think that there will be a season 2, but Maya (Echo) will get her own show in the future. This was already announced before the show even aired.

I believe the implication is that Val is running some sort of anti-heroes for hire group. The show could've made it a bit more clear, but since Val likes to operate in the shadow (the black business card) and Kate's mum probably wouldn't know Yelena personally it's the only logical conclusion. In the Assembled: Hawkeye episode they talk about how the Black Widow post-credit scene was filmed BECAUSE the Hawkeye writers wanted to use Yelena and not the other way around, so I'm not sure why it ended up being a confusing as it is.

The Yelena blip experience at the start there was super cool and maybe the best one yet of giving like that personal POV of it and what it would feel like. The one in Wanda was good as well but that was a bit more chaotic, which is the other side of things. "Steve Rogers....and the rest don't matter" ooh I can feel the YouTube comments seething already 😂. Was cool to finally see the confirmation of King Pin, was expecting it really for the same reason. I've been suspicious of the mum for a while as being up to no good, but I still sense she has another angle to it, not a puppet to King Pin, so will see with the final episode I guess 😂

You can't get enough of Mommy Yelena 😉 She is awesome though. Hard to know what to expect of seeing such characters again throughout the films/shows. I have no clue who is going to be part of the "main squad" if there is even going to be one

It's honestly so effing hype that Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin is in the MCU now. I remember watching Daredevil yeeeears ago and being like this show is cool but WOW is he a fucking insane villain. So charismatic and terrifying at once. Excitement! This show set up a lot of awesome stuff to happen going forward. Love how this phase of the MCU is pulling all kinds of crazy strands together.
