You let reviewers and other people's opinion sway your own opinion WAY to much...I notice it in your current things too. Korra is a phenomenal show. It is different and slightly more darker during certain seasons. But the story is good and it has it's issues but so doesn't everything. You really are missing out and I have noticed an influx of people asking you for it...It's worth at least a try.

I joined your animation tier for ‘What If’ but stayed for these reactions and it’s been a lot of fun to rewatch it again with you!!🤓

Chase Gardner

Hi just joined. I love avatar the last Airbender and legend of Korra. Thanks for watching avatar the last Airbender.

ProfJeffy

You should definitely watch Korra at some point. But maybe take a break for a couple of months before instead of not watching it at all?

Jeff Cabrera

Can’t believe we reached the end already. Tbh I always thought I missed the boat on this show, so I wouldn’t have watched it on my own. Very glad I didn’t miss it. You could tell they went all out this episode with so many great moments. Toph metal bending the armor onto herself was probably my favorite. So badass 🔥

Jeff Cabrera

My only real character critique would probably be Azula. She felt so calculated the entire show for her to conveniently go crazy in the finale (Daenerys from GOT vibes 👀). And I see why people ship Zuko and Katara 😂

Jeff Cabrera

And yes, Invincible is a MUST 👌🏽

Kameron Y

you're wearing it inside out 😂

Jeff Cabrera

Lmao I didn’t wanna say anything. I just figured it was a creative choice and/or he spilled something on the other side 😂

Not Seb reaching the end of ATLA but still now knowing what an Agni Kai is (it's just a firebending duel, mentioned as early as 1x3, the one between Zuko and Zhao). 😂😂😂 Also recall in that episode there were lots of statues of past Avatars, so yeah the cycle was going on for a long time (and alternating between the four nations). The second time I thought a scene from a movie or show "epic" was watching the final two episodes (the first was the Rohirrim charge in LOTR). And yes, Ozai was voiced by Mark Hamill!! Also some personal opinion on Korra: overall I'd say it's still worth watching if you enjoyed ATLA, but just go in with an open mind and keep your expectation low. It’s very different. Its biggest strengths are probably continued world-building and some nostalgic elements, and there were some good scenes, but it doesn't have as many instantly memorable episodes as ATLA (except perhaps two from Season 2), and I haven't felt the urge to rewatch it (unlike ATLA).

Eve

Imo don't watch Korra, only if you are obsessed with the ATLA world and want to know more about it. There are a lot of cringy moments and since you say you already know about recurring characters I assume you've been spoiled about some stuff. Just do something else

Kameron Y

you should watch korra eventually. Most people who didn't like it were just expecting more Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's a totally different show, and you should try to go in without those expectations. I think taking a couple months off before starting it will help.

Sara

You should definitely watch The Legend of Korra. It's more intense and more serious than ATLA, since it focuses on teenagers and adults, not kids. Despite it having MANY production issues throughout all 4 seasons, and the creators not being allowed to do things they originally wanted to do, it's still a really good show worth watching! Just don't expect it to be about the same as ATLA, or be about the original gang, because this is about the next avatar

Shakib.

If u go into korra with avatar expectations you'll be disappointed.. thats just me personally. definite;y watch invincible please it's amazing. and "the boys" on amazon prime

Ben

Loved it! I'll wait until you start Korra and re-subscribe then.

Bethany

i subscribed to ur patreon initially only to watch atla but i've gotten so much out of ur other content ! thanks for such cool reactions, it always felt like i was watching with a friend or smth lmao. kind of bittersweet that it's over now. i'd love to see you react to korra - it's a pretty good show if production issues are kept in mind, bc the only thing that held me back was the pacing/development

Sebastian Bush

I love avatar! But the legend of Korra ia like the cursed child.. No point

Nate Terry

yes Mark Hamil plays the firelord. I really dont understand why ppl down play Korra. it's from the same creators...on the same network too. animation in Korra is on point. Lore is deeper. nit picking things in a kids show is silly. one of my favorite things about this show is the spirit stuff. Tai Li's "chi blocking" coupled with chakras from the Guru and then followed with the lion turtle's speech about spirit bending that it would have been so easy to write this kids show so simple to make all this bending just happen with magic or whatever, but to tie it all together with chakras and chi blocking and spirit bending is cool. "NOT MY CABBAGES!"

cheskalation

You should watch Korra! Or at least watch the first season and then decide if you wanna watch it all. Seasons 3 and 4 are the best tho. I didn't like Korra at first but when you actually stop comparing it to ATLA, (the tone and everything is so much more different) Korra is good when you give it a fair chance.

Henry Scott

Honestly, I really like legend of korra. I definitely think it's worth a watch. Just go in not expecting a direct sequal.

tc

Legend of Korra is worth it in my opinion, would love to see you react to it.

Kai d'T

Smh... How DARE you wear a wife beater under the Sokka outfit; I am so disappoint, lol. j/k. Yeah, Korra is definitely worth a watch. I would just suggest, don't go in expecting the same from this series. It'll be different but fun.

Kai d'T

I figured out how he would defeat the Firelord in season 2 and loved when it came to pass that way. A fitting end that kept Aang from killing and seeing Luke Skywalker seeing his butt whipped (even though I love him & Mark Hamill).

Pixie

Thank you so much for these reactions! It was so much fun. Maybe you’ll consider watching Samurai Champloo it’s also a one season anime. It’s adventure/action with great music

Dakota Pieroni

Hell of a Reaction. Invincible and the boys are both badass

Luke Allen

Yes bro! I've THOROUGHLY enjoyed rewatching Avatar with you man! I knew I loved it but I didn't realise HOW much I loved this show until watching it again... my third time from start to finish! And I cried like a new bairn at the finale all over again lol... that zuko and iroh reunion... jesus. 😭🤣😂... But you've been awesome bro and made the journey all that much better because you also loved the things I loved about it too! I get it about Korra... but I think that series is somewhat darker than this one... I mean, personally, if you love the avatar world, you will enjoy that. But take your time bro, no rush, for now just soak up all the love from this show! :)

Bunnings Snags

oath right, I was somewhat the same, but also i wanted to see AOT but damn theres so much stuff on here i ended up watching

Bunnings Snags

Korra is an odd one cos most people compare it to ATLA, which comparred to ATLA it is worse but on its own as an avatar show, its actually pretty good

Adrian Diaz

LEGEND OF KORRA next pleaaasssee. It’s phenomenal as well

Roelant Frijns

I have watched a lot of ATLA reactions and never seen any that stopped after Book 1. As for Korra, it's one of those shows that completely fall apart when you think about them too hard. I personally don't think it's good, but I do think it's 'fun', if that makes sense. I had to watch it a few times to truly get beef with it, though, so you'll probably enjoy it.

Joseph Pecoraro

The biggest problem with Korra was that Nickelodeon only greenlit one season at a time until season 3/4.

Joseph Pecoraro

Fun fact, the creators of Avatar really wanted to have a live orchestra for the finale, and were ready to pay for it out of pocket if they had to. Nickelodeon was cool with it so they didn't have to, but that's one of the reasons the music in the finale is so epic, and a step above the rest of the series.

Joseph Pecoraro

Definitely one of my favorite series finale. It's epic from start to finish, and neatly ties up nearly all the open plot lines in very satisfying ways. Agni Kai - It's just a firebending duel Lightning Insta-death - Normally it would be, but you can see zuko do a sort of partial redirection (you can see some of the lightning shooting off into the sky in the shot after he gets hit), which is why he lives. Ozai - Yep, that's Mark Hamill It's a Tsungi Horn, you almost had it. I agree that in general over the course of the show, the Zuko/Iroh B plot tends to be a little more interesting than the Avatar Gang A Plot. Imo, one of the great things about this show is how well it balances the more fun lighthearted episodes/moments, with the more serious plot driven/character development episodes. I think the light hearted tone among a pretty epic story/conclusion is what makes this show as charming and rewatchable as it is. Please watch the live action movie. It will be very entertaining for us.

VioletMouse

Yes, please please watch Korra!!

Colleen T McClintock

“I don’t know what to do with myself, I feel like I want to jump out of a window now” perfectly sums up what it is to finish Avatar for the first time.

Daniel Rojas

You must watch Korra in the future! She’s my bi icon 👸🏻

Blake

Pleeeeeeease Seb we need Korra :)

A2Rhombus

Just finished binging all these episodes again with your reactions. I hope you're planning on watching Korra soon!
