Howdy folks!

Something a little bit different to share with you today!

Over the past two years (and this year especially) I have been working hard with a small but mighty team on a documentary soundtrack.

The film, directed and narrated by Crystal Kwok, tells the story of her grandmother and family growing up and living as a Chinese community in a Black American neighbourhood in the segregated south. "Blurring the Colour Line" discusses the nuances and lived experiences of racism and white supremacy amongst these communities and how the Chinese fit within the white / black divide. It has been such an honour to be involved in the story telling.

The music is written and produced by myself, ManMan Mui and Heidi Chan. This track is a demo of one that I wrote on the theme of memories.

I'm excited to share more with you towards the end of summer.
