Fable 5, Part 1: The Three Pigs
Eunika Eris was as overwhelmed by this strange world as she was amazed by it. The young and beautiful black woman had seen such wonders that she never imagined to be real, but damn if it wasn’t making her scared as hell at the same time. She had landed in this world of fables all by herself, and had been looking for Abigail and Joel ever since, as well as Carter, the lovely mature age student that she had ‘adopted’ into their literature study group. Unfortunately for her, she’d not had much success in recovering them, and had to rely on the kindness of a stranger for her aid, one who turned out to be a very real fairytale.
“I still can’t believe that I’m riding a carriage with Pinocchio,” she admitted as she adjusted the straw hat she’d been given.
The wooden figure beside her beamed in that proud little grin that little boys seem to be able to deliver in their adorably precocious way, be they flesh and blood or wood and nail in make.
“I can’t believe I’m helping a lovely lady like yourself, one from another kingdom!”
“More like another dimension,” Eunika said, looking at the strange and vibrant forest to their left which contained enormous eggs painted in bright colours, some twice as tall as she was. “And you’re telling me that the Easter Bunny lives in there?”
“Oh yes!” the boy said. “Father says that if I’m good, I’ll get lots of chocolate this year!”
“But - but you’re made of wood!”
The boy jabbed a wooden thumb against his equally wooden chest. “Only on a Sunday, Miss Eunika! It’s a once-a-week thing. Most of the time I’m a real boy, since I earned my wish!”
“Wait, so you’ve already been in the whale, met Jiminy Cricket and all of that?”
“Oh yes! Jiminy is my best friend! And Father, of course! But I’m always looking for new friends. You could be my new best friend, if you want!”
Despite the strangeness of this world, and the lack of her peers, Eunika couldn’t help but smile back at the wooden boy. She’d always had a strong maternal streak. Abby often teased her gently about it, especially since she could act so caring and motherly even to people older than she was. The young woman was only twenty one years in age, but since her mother’s passing several years ago, Eunika had come to realise that she’d inherited a lot of her loving Ma’s desire to cook good meals for those she loved, to be there for them when they needed it, and to be the heart of the study group Abigail had formed, working out disputes and noticing the little anxieties and concerns that no one else could quite see. It wasn’t a skill or a personality trait she could turn off; it was always part of her, and so it applied now. Already, she wanted to know Pinocchio better, to be his friend and see him flourish.
“Of course I’ll be your friend,” she said, placing a hand on his back. He was adorned in a cute red shirt and yellow pants, but she could feel the texture and hardness of the wood beneath. “And you know I’m not lying, because my nose isn’t growing!”
Pinocchio’s eyes went wide, and then the puppet began to laugh and laugh. “Oh, that’s very good, Miss Eunika!”
“Please, just call me Eunika.”
“Oh, I couldn’t do that! I love your hair! I’ve never seen anyone with hair like yours!”
Eunika felt her cheeks go a little warm. She normally had her hair in lovely braids, but until she’d found Pinocchio whistling as he drove his carriage, the two loyal donkeys pulling it along, she’d become rather bedraggled and desperate. The poor girl was fortunate that she’d awoken in this strange land with her bag, and that she loved to pack a full lunch rather than always spending her money at the cafeteria. It had helped her while navigating through a forest, and again when she’d fled from strange sounds in the woods; two creatures howling like wolves in unison. They sounded like they were either in the throes of passion or about to begin some bloodhunt, but Eunika hadn’t been interested in finding out which! She had almost taken a road north to where the castle belonging to the famous Puss in Boots was, but a traveller heading that way had warned her that bandits were in the woods, and they’d love a beautiful young thing like her.
So here she was, exploring the south of this strange Fableland instead, and with a much, much nicer traveller in the form of Pinocchio, who was bringing logs of wood and pieces of metal for his father Gepetto, in order to make more clockwork contraptions. Best of all, the boy had good loaves of bread on him, despite being unable to eat them.
“They’re for the birds!” he announced. “So they don’t peck my wood. But I’d much rather you have them, Miss Eunika, and the water too.”
She’d never been more thankful, but still she needed to find her peers and escape this strange land. Pinocchio was heading to a place called Stralbruck, where Gepetto apparently lived, and that sounded like a good idea. But first, she had a stop to make, one she was thinking could do a great deal towards getting her bearings and finding her friends.
“So you’re sure that the Three Little Pigs can help me, Pinocchio?”
The wooden boy threw up his hands in excitement. “Absolutely they can, Miss Eunika! I don’t want to be mean or anything, but everyone knows that the Three Pigs are some of the biggest gossips in all of Fableland! They used to travel all over the place, building new houses that fell down - most people don’t even know about the houses made of cotton or the ones made of paper! And these days they live in houses right near an inn by the crossroads, so they hear everything! If anyone has heard of new people arriving from other realms, it’s got to be them, Miss! Trust me, you’re in good luck with the Three Pigs!”
Eunika took a deep breath and calmed her nerves. “That’s good to hear, Pinocchio. I’m pretty nervous about all of this, but if they can help me, I’m sure I’ll find my friends. Abby is so resourceful, but I worry about Joel. What if he’s been attacked by a bear or something? And Carter . . . who knows where he’s gone! What if he smashed his glasses?”
Pinocchio patted her arm. “I’m sure they’ll be okay. But you seem like the kind of person who cares deeply, Eunika!”
She smirked and looked ahead down the stretch of road before them.
“Yeah, I’ve been accused of being a little motherly at times.”
“Well, you can always be my mother!”
Eunika laughed. “How about just a nice aunt?” she suggested.
“Aw, yes! Wahoo!”
***
The sky had turned a menacing dark grey by the time Eunika arrived with Pinocchio near the Talgren Inn. The traffic was almost nonexistent due to the weather, and even the lovely little wooden boy was starting to get antsy.
“I’m sorry, Miss Eunika, but I really need to get going before the rain comes down too heavily! I don’t want it to rust my metal hinges too much, or ruin my wood!”
Eunika placed her dark hand upon his light brown wood. “It’s okay, Pinocchio, I’m thankful you took me this far. Honestly, I’m still not sure if this is real or I haven’t been concussed, but regardless, I’m really grateful. You take care.”
“And you, Miss Eunika! Come and visit sometime! The Three Pigs are just down that road beyond the cluster of trees with yellow petals. Good luck!”
Eunika gave the boy an eager hug, then set off with her backpack full of the snacks he’d given her. She wasn’t sure what to expect from the Three Pigs, other than that they were likely to be, well, pigs. She certainly didn’t expect to see three houses in a small cluster, like a neighbourhood, with each house made of . . . straw.
“Straw?” Eunika said, raising an eyebrow and then rubbing her eyes just to make sure. “There’s no way . . . why are they back to freaking straw!?”
She marched forward anyway, even as droplets began to fall down from the sky. The clouds were turning almost black, hiding away the afternoon sun completely so that one could easily assume it was the dark of night. Eunika hurried in her steps, and grabbed her chest as she ran. She’d always been a little ‘blessed in the chest,’ but she hadn’t exactly brought a sports bra with her, much to her consternation. She crossed the wooden bridge under which a stream flowed, and made her way up a hill on the other side.
She arrived under the cover of the first strawhouse and knocked on the door, which was one of the only parts made of wood apart from the general frame. Her hair was in a loose afro, her braids having come undone in previous days, and she hoped she didn’t look like too much of a mess.
“C’mon,” she muttered. “Please open!”
She knocked again, and this time the sound of hushed conversation followed from within, which quickly rose into a cantankerous argument.
“It’s probably just the mailman again, Gabe. You go get it!”
“Why don’t you?”
“Because this is my house!”
“It’s Norris’, ya moron!”
“Well, it’s my straw design.”
“Which sucked, as I recall!”
“Just get the freakin’ door already!”
Eunika wasn’t sure what to expect when the door opened, but her closest notion was that the figure on the other side would be, well, simply a pig. Instead, she was shocked to be greeted by a figure who was far more humanoid. He was about her height, though quite wide-figured, and wearing farmer’s overalls over a red and black checkered flannel shirt. He had quite the beer belly on him as well, but that wasn’t what made Eunika do a double-take. Instead, it was the fact that the figure was some kind of anthro-pig-man. His nose was circular and with two wide nostrils, and he had two floppy pig ears on top of his head that fell down to either side. His cheeks were full, and his hands only had two fingers and a thumb, though they looked like manipulable hooves more than anything. As she looked down, Eunika spotted that he wore no shoes or boots, as he had fully developed pig hooves there. She quickly looked back up, not quite knowing what to say.
“Er, g’day?” the pig-man said in a higher voice than she’d expected. “Are you the new mailman? Or mailwoman, I guess? Wait, is this about the zoning permits?”
Eunika was only pushed to speak because it started to rain down harder upon her head, which made her return to her senses.
“Are you - you’re one of the Three Pigs, right?”
“Uh, yeah. Ain’t that obvious? I’m Fred. And my friends and I are playing a card game and it’s turning into a real piss up, so we’d like to get back to it if you don’t have anything else to say.”
“Your friends? Aren’t they your brothers?”
The pig-man grunted, exposing his lower tusks a little, which jutted up over his top lip. “Why does everyone think that? We didn’t come from the same litter, alright? Are you a census taker or something? We don’t recognize that bloody Huntsman Hans’ authority.”
A blast of thunder made Eunika squeak, and she nearly jumped forward against Fred’s fuller porcine belly. “Look, I’m really lost here, okay? I’m not from the land of Fables, and I’m definitely not used to seeing pig-men and Pinocchio and all that! Please, I was told that the Three Pigs know everything that’s going on in the realm, and might be able to help me get out of here and find my friends. Please tell me you can help me, Mister Fred?”
The anthro-pig male frowned and narrowed his eyes, inspecting the woman closely. He even sniffed her.
“Who is it, Fred? Is it the mail man?”
“Nah, it’s a girl who might need our help,” Fred said. He gave her a wink. “You come in out of the rain now, lady. What was your name?”
“Eunika,” she said. “Thank you so, so much!”
“No worries, Eunika, no worries at all. Sure, we love our gossip, that’s for sure. Hey fellas! We got a lady here who came from another realm or somesuch and needs some powerful gossip! What do you say?”
Eunika rounded the corner to suddenly see two more pigs - one more brown-furred, and the other grey-furred. Like their brother - no, their friend - they were also anthropomorphic pig-men.
“This is Gabe,” Fred said, gesturing to the brown-furred pig, who wasn’t quite as overweight as Fred. He wore a set of overalls as well, but he had splotches of paint and woodchips on them, and his hand-hooves looked a little stubby and swollen, like they’d been injured many times from hammering nails and using wood chisels.
“How’s it goin’?” Gabe said, raising a hand. “You like the house? Not exactly wooden, is it? But ah, not like we need good materials anymore, huh?”
“Exactly! Straw is best!” Fred laughed, his belly jiggling. “And to think you blokes doubted me! Hey, Norris! This lovely bird is named Eunika!”
“Great to meet ya, Eunika!” the third pig said. Norris had grey-fur and was obviously the fittest of the three friends. He was, in fact, impressively muscular, and like his friends he wore a set of overalls, though there were some streaks of dried concrete on his green shirt, as well as little chips of granite in the curly tuft at his chin. Nevertheless, Eunika was quite astonished by his physique; he had a strong, burly build and a square jaw. Exactly her type . . . if he wasn’t an anthro-pig creature, little curly tail and everything.
“What brings ya to our lovely neighbourhood?” Norris asked.
Eunika fidgeted awkwardly. The wind and rain was picking up outside, and the house was groaning a little, the straw above starting to leak through as it started to pour down. She sidestepped a small stream.
“Yeah, that happens,” pink-skinned Fred said. “It’s, uh, a design feature. That’s it.”
Eunika collected herself. “I’m here because I need your help finding my friends. My classmates. Even my professor! I’m not from this realm. Um, can I sit down and explain? God, I’m sorry, I’m all over the place right now.”
Brown-furred Gabe chuckled and slid a flagon of beer over to her as Fred got her to sit down at their little table. “There’s only one cure for that!” he declared. “Drink up, love!”
“As you can see,” Norris added, gesturing to the wider room. “Us gents like our relaxation!”
Eunika looked around the room, and for the first time noticed how utterly messy it was. No, more than messy. The storm was picking up outside, but it looked like a total hurricane had come through here! The bed was a mess, the sheets were on the floor, and remnants of vegetables and other meals had stained the ground. Crumbs were everywhere, as were old flagons. The ornamentation was minimal, the house plain but for the enormous chaos that was its total lazy mess.
“I . . . can see that,” she said, before taking the beer. She drank it, and drank it, and drank it until, to the surprise of all three pigs, she had downed the whole thing. She placed it back on the table, let out an unintentional burp, and bit her lip nervously. “Sorry, I really needed that!”
The Three Pigs each exchanged a look, and then as one they cheered.
“Wha-hay! Check her out!”
“She’s one of us, alright!”
“Honorary pig-girl, I’d say!”
“Grab her another, Gabe! Norris, deal her in!”
Eunika’s eyes widened. She gestured with her hands for them to stop. “Listen, okay, wait! Look, I can’t stay! I just need to know what you might know.”
“Ah, that’s how we tell stories, missy!” Fred declared, taking his own seat. “Over a nice pint and a barrel of laughs, and beneath a sturdy ceiling!”
The ceiling groaned, and some of the straw fell from it.
“Well, mostly sturdy.”
Eunika sagged. “Well, I guess I can join . . . for a little bit. Until the storm subsides.”
Norris, the pig with the grey-skin and dried cement on his overalls, suddenly broke into laughter. “Good luck with that, Eunika, miss! That’s a magical storm out there. See the rainbow lightning?”
“Um, I can’t, actually. No windows.”
“Oh, I’m peeing through the crack in the wall here. Come see.”
Eunika stepped over, though she stumbled several times due to the absolute mish-mash of mess that literally piled up on the crummy dirt flooring. She peered through the crack in the wall, and sure enough she gasped in fear at the sight of the impossible; through the straw, she could see lightning forking down in bright, rainbow-like hues.
“Oh my God!” she declared.
“Yep, that’s the realm of fables and fairytales for you,” Gable declared, brushing some woodchips off of his shoulders. “Magical storms! Don’t want to go out and turn into a goose or something. Now sit down and join us!”
“Yeah, join us! Been too long since we’ve seen a pretty sheila like yourself.”
“Come and play, and have a few rounds! Just watch out, it’s been a while since we’ve had a girl around, so we might be a bit untoward in the manners department!”
“Oh, shut up, Fred!” Norris said. “Ignore him. He doesn’t know how to treat a fine lady like yourself. Please, we’d love you to join us.”
Eunika giggled awkwardly. “My Dad, he taught me how to play a mean hand of poker. I guess . . . I guess I could join. Just for a little bit. Until the storm clears, obviously!”
She found herself wanting to wipe the table and clean her surroundings. Had no one taught these men proper manners and how to keep an area clean? She had to remind herself to put away her maternalistic sensibilities. She was here for answers, and that meant making nice. Still, she could use some liquid encouragement.
“I’d love another beer, if possible,” Eunika said.
The three pigs snorted with amusement and good cheer, and quickly topped up her flagon.
“Right!” Gabe said. “Let’s play!”
***
Eunika woke with the most terrific and powerful headache. She normally didn’t get blackout drunk. That was normally Abigail and Joel, and she had to take care of them in the aftermath. Now, she grimaced in discomfort. It wasn’t just her head, either. Her face felt odd, like she’d run her nose straight into something and flattened it right out. Even her hearing was odd, but that was easily attributed to her sleepy state. Slowly, she opened her eyes and beheld the very leaky and now partially collapsed straw ceiling above her head, through which the far-too bright morning light was streaming through.
“Ughh,” the beautiful African-American woman groaned. “What h-happened?”
She tried to recall, and pieces of it slowly began to return to her. She’d been playing poker and other card games with the Three Pigs of legend, and drinking with them too. She told them about her problems and how she’d arrived in this strange land of fairytales, and they in turn had told her their story, which pointedly did not end with them killing the Big Bad Wolf, but instead went beyond that point. It seemed that Fred, the tubby pink one, was the pig who built his house from straw, and their most proficient gardener. Gabe, the good-spirited brown pig, was the man who had built the wooden house, hence the sawdust and paintchips on his clothing. He still made their furniture, but could also sew clothing. And last of all there was grey-furred Norris, the most muscular and - weirdly - handsome of the Three Pigs, who had built his house out of brick, and was apparently quite the knowledgeable architect. Sure enough, two of their houses had toppled, but the Big Bad Wolf had survived his fall into the brick house’s fireplace, running out with a scream and fanning the flames upon his fur.
Which, ironically, was exactly the downfall of the Three Pigs. Having proven vindicated by his amazing brick house, the three pigs had celebrated for many days, and when the Big Bad Wolf returned years later to apologise, they decided that, since he was no threat anymore, they could simply pack up and find a better location to live. And unfortunately, given their apparent laziness, this meant that rather than going with what they knew would work . . . they instead returned to simple straw houses.
By that point in the night, Eunika was giggling and laughing, enjoying their company. Norris was more of the gentleman, while Fred openly made jokes about her beauty and her bust, but because she was drunk by that juncture, she just threw compliments right back, especially since Gabe was the heart of the party and starting to dance. She’d even teased them about the mess of their house, and then they’d all drank and played another round while the Three Pigs discussed what they’d heard at the Talgren Tavern and from passing merchants. Indeed, there were rumours that a strange new individual had arrived at Puss in Boots’ castle, while an older man had ended up speaking to the Little Mermaid near the coast. There was even talk that some of the magic of the realm had been disturbed, and some fairytales were curious or terrified that others might come in, or some might willfully leave. To that end, witches and wizards of fables and fairytales alike were being summoned to close these rifts wherever they found them.
This should have concerned Eunika. Indeed, as she clutched her aching head, pounding from the hangover, she actually snorted just like a pig in despair over this point.
“Ohhhh, I don’t have much t-time!”
Then she remembered what had happened next.
“Oh God,” she whispered to herself, her heart beating quicker. “I didn’t . . . did I?”
But she did. She had. It came back to her, as clear as day and with enough clarity to actually make her a little bit aroused, as much as it ashamed her to be so.
Eunika Eris had had sex with the Three Pigs. Not just one of them either, but all of them. The thought didn’t make her gag, as much as she wanted it to. In fact, it made her nipples tense a little bit, and two points below them as well, oddly enough. How had it happened? She clutched the large, warm, and furry pillow beside her, pressing her naked form against it as scenes from the previous night flashed through her mind.
The way she’d started flirting back with dirty-minded Fred, and then with the more merry Gabe, and then finally with Norris, who had wanted to keep things proper but was willing to reciprocate. God, she’d complimented him on his muscles! On all of them having stocky, strong figures! On how weirdly hot their porcine faces were.
Eunika had played with their ears, and then as she got drunker, she’d even started removing some articles of clothing, the four of them playing strip poker. In her excitement, she had started playing badly. On purpose.
And then it had all just . . . happened. Eunika was getting hornier - that was always the case when she drank - and she’d been so pent up lately! And something about how utterly chaotic and messy these young men were just drove her through the roof. She was annoyed at them, and yet there was something so delightfully taboo about it. She kissed Fred on the cheek, rubbing his belly while she made him promise to clean up after himself. She nibbled on Gabe’s ear, telling him to clean away the chaos after he constructed his furniture. And then . . . she’d slipped her hand down Norris’ overalls and felt his thick, hard penis, teasing and stroking it while making him declare that he’d be a true brickwork architect again.
“We f-fucked,” she squeaked to herself, clinging more tightly to the pillow as she adjusted herself on what felt like a waterbed beneath her. “I got f-fucked by a pig. Three pigs!”
These memories came in flashes. Hot, steamy flashes that made her lower her hand down to her pussy before thinking twice about it. Norris had taken her with strength, thrusting into her while sucking on her tits. Fred had taken her from behind. She’d gone down on her knees before Gabe, sucking him off and then letting him finish inside of her. God, she’d been such a slut! What had been wrong with her? Eunika had cried out and moaned like a total nympho, snorting like a pig as they took their turns thrusting into her. She had always been a good girl. Hell, she prided herself on it, despite her popularity. What had compelled her to do something like that?
And that was when the final memory fell into place.
“The lightning,” she said, shifting a little to look back up at the ceiling. Eunika snorted in shock, making the dreadful connection. The weak straw ceiling had become too inundated with the water of the storm, and it had collapsed a section of the roof while they were partying hard and starting to dance about ridiculously. Eunika had screamed, ducking for cover, but too late to avoid a beam of magical lightning, rainbow-like in its many hues, which struck right through her and then forked out to make contact with Fred, Gabe, and Norris. They’d all been hit, and that had set something off inside all of them, including the attractive afro-haired beauty. The heat in her loins became insatiable, and they too desired her. The fuckfest that followed connected them all, and they had carried long into the night even once the rain had finally ended, mounting one another in the dry areas of the straw home until Eunika could finally take no more pleasure, and the sweet oblivion of post-coital unconsciousness finally followed.
“I f-fucked the Three Pigs,” she whispered. “Oh God. I - I have to get out of here?”
She grabbed the large pillow next to her for purchase, only for said pillow to snort and groan and then shift all of its own volution. A large, furry brown pillow.
“Woah,” Gabe said as he rolled away from Eunika and then looked at her, the pair both as naked as the day they were born. “That was some night, huh?”
Eunika looked down in shock, and realised that she was not on some waterbed, but actively on top of pink-skinned Fred, his tubby gut quite a comfortable bit of bedding.
“Did we get a little frisky last night, love?” he grunted, eyes opening to take her in.
Eunika screeched, jumping to her feet and then tripping over a collection of discarded plates and wooden bits and bobs. She fell right into Norris’ arms, the grey-furred pig catching her easily. He was just as naked, and had evidently been sleeping on the other side of her in their little love pile.
“Hey! Hey, it’s okay! Things just got out of hand, last night, er . . .”
“We fucked!” Eunika declared, quickly pulling back, only to try and cover her breasts with her left forearm while hunching over to cover her pussy with her right hand. “Oh my God, I can’t believe it, we all fucked last night! The magic storm hit us! I don’t - REEEE!”
There was no other way to describe it; Eunika suddenly let out a pig-like squeal, one that left the Three Pigs silent for a moment. Norris was the first to speak, his eyes widening as he took her in.
“Um, Eunika . . . I don’t wanna scare ya, sheila, but ya look a little different from last night.”
“Of course I do! I’m fucking naked! Where are my clothes in all of this mess!? I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be rude, but I need to get out of here!”
She turned her head, only to feel the odd sensation of her ears being in an altogether different place from where they were supposed to be. They were on top of her head, in face, and they felt pointed, somehow. Slowly, she raised her hands to feel them. They were soft and animal-like.
“She’s turning into a pig like us!” Fred declared.
“Shut up, Fred, ya wanker,” Gabe said. “She’s panicking. Have we still got that mirror?”
“Already on it,” declared Norris. “Don’t panic, Eunika. We may be a chaotic bunch, but we’d never take advantage of a good bird like you. That lightning last night . . . it did something to us. And I think it made some changes to you. Please, don’t panic as I show ya.”
He pulled a mirror off of a wall and stepped towards her, his hooves smashing a couple of plates on the ground and kicking away some old food. Eunika, for once, didn’t feel a maternal need to help others clean up and take care of themselves. She was too busy full of trepidation at what she was about to see. And sure enough, as the mirror was placed before her, and the three pigs gathered around it, taking in the view of her as she took in the view of herself, the physical transformation from the magical storm was impossible to deny.
A pig-girl. A freaking pig-girl.
Eunika now had a round pig’s nose complete with circular nostrils, the real reason she was suddenly snorting so much, and a pair of floppy pig’s ears atop her head, triangular-shaped and large, perking up as if wanting to hear her own sobs of despair at her change. Even her skin and face were different, and it took her a moment to realise why. Indeed, faint hairs were growing across her form, starting upon her lower belly and around her neck and upper lip. Pink hairs, a significant contrast compared to her wonderful mocha skin. She also just looked chubbier; in her face and in her figure. She’d always been a little thicker, and she loved that part of herself; she had a black woman’s delightful derriere and nice breasts, but she was still beautiful as hell and certainly fit. Now, however, she appeared just a little more doughy, and her cheeks looked like they’d gained more babyfat on them, instead of losing it as she was supposed to be by this point in her life.
“Eunika, are you alright, mate?” Norris asked, placing a hoof-hand upon her shoulder.
But the dark-skinned beauty couldn’t look away from her mirror.
“I think,” she declared. “I’m going to scream right now. Is it okay if I scream, boys?”
The Three Pigs conferred on this point, and Norris, their apparent leader, returned their decision. “We’ve decided it would be a little odd for you not to, Eunika.”
She nodded, smiled happily, and regarded each of them. “Thank you so much. I appreciate that.”
And then Eunika huffed, and she puffed, and she screamed loud enough that the entire straw house fell over on its side. And that was only just the start.
To Be Continued . . .
