I didn't think I'd actually use the NON blown out versions I recorded, but I ended up toying with some distortion SFX that sounded exactly like how I wanted it to but only when applied to normal VO, whereas the VO recorded blown out was just too unintelligible. I mean, most pros would tell you to never deliberately record audio fucked up, because you can just fuck it up with effects and stuff. Which is true. But where's the fun in that? I wanna tear some shit up. Normally it works out but this time I'm glad I recorded those normal takes because it was exactly what I wanted. I am sure people will call me out for the Hannibal reference, I didn't really think I'd use it and mostly did it as a joke, but it just fit too well here.https://twitter.com/bamcen/status/1434394288167686152
