After 3 months, I've finally managed to finish this video.I have some things to say about its production but I'll save that for other posts/formats.  I would have posted this earlier in the morning, but the first render had an error and half the video was missing.  YouTube was also slow checking the copyright but it finally cleared up.

Ok: How much time did you spend trying to get this to 8:00 on the dot?

I was more hyped for this video than I was for the actual game to come out! Fantastic as always and now I can't wait to see what "a video on a game I actually like" looks like :P

This felt like it should have been longer. You missed a lot.

Great video, pat, I'm glad to see it was at a reasonable time and didn't become increasingly convoluted. I think i could've done eight hours just yelling about the world building without touching on any of the actual game. I think I could've done an hour just on the nasa building itself. It's astounding how absolutely hilariously wrong they got the Kennedy Space Center, a national tourist destination that there's tons of really cool pictures of, that you can just, go and see. Like almost everything there is either of historical interest or actively trying to interest people in space exploration. I really can't wait for the next video on something you actually like, though. As fun as it can be to dump on something like Starfield, my favorite of yours is still the Morrowind video, the love truly shines through.

Appreciate your coverage, while i agree with the video i do feel like you missed some settlements and side quests here and there that were kinda fun

You mentioned your next video being on something you liked, it might be worth looking into some of the modern crpgs that have released recently as their role playing, story, and game mechanics tend to put Bethesda to shame. E.g., pathfinder wotr, bg3, or rogue trader. Some are even coop to greater or lesser degrees.

pillars of eternity nobody will watch it but I will be happy

I greatly enjoyed the streams leading up to this video, but the GDC talk reaction / destiny 2 onboarding stream was my favorite. Utterly baffling but highly enjoyable to laugh at. I think taking that idea of covering Dishonored again could be a good inspiration to cover one of the Thief games, I recommend Thief 2, or some other classic stealth game similar.

CRPG is for nerds.
