Monster Loot: River Troll (Patreon)

A river troll is a distinct breed of troll that lives exclusively with dirty rivers, marshes, and other foul waters. They have fish-like fins along their heads and backs. Covering themselves in mud and slime allows them to blend in with the river bottom. They are infamous amongst river travelers who tell harrowing stories of encounters with them.
