This raises an interesting thing I didn't think of. Right after an instant sex swap, it would probably take some time getting used to your new body and anatomy. It would take some work to adjust to the new way of having sex. This is something I half understood was the case with people who get Sex Reassignment Surgery, with them kinda having to reapproach how they have sex and do things in a sexual context because they aren't used to the new anatomy. However, I don't think I really thought about it from an instant sex swap perspective.
