Yup! Right on that point! Early in my brother’s college years he moved to an apartment from a dorm. Visiting one weekend he was on the phone with the landlord discussing an inspection for a plumbing issue. Usually it’s best to be there with the landlord. Sooooo… this landlord is in deep shit. Even if it turns out that landlord is into the sexual habits of a wolf and Roo.
