I mean even if the landlord being a perv was the only thing keeping them from being declared violating the lease, that means the company was also committing gross negligence by not following with any of the administrative requests (because either the landlord was giving them all those warnings with the company's legal department knowledge, which means they can't claim ignorance about the question, or he wasn't which is also bad for them because it means all warnings were null and void); Either way I can see Hilde and Adrian getting a nice reimbursement of any now void fees, and probably finding a better place to live under a much better administration and probably a cheaper rent (specially because I feel the whole "extra tenants means a massive bump in leasing fees" section of the agreement is wildly illegal)

Do you mean property manager or superintendent, rather than landlord? The landlord is the owner of the property, so can't be fired; they're not an employee, they're the one paying the property management company. Unless terminology is different where you are. Man, though, what a twist. I was expecting a more straightforward payday than that when they found the cameras. Oof.
