Having defeated the bounty hunters, and ensuring that they would not attack Gien Antigo again, Ponbon goes into detail about the things he and Bil learned while in the Hodai Empire, and confirming that yes, Hesterak's plan is not merely to become the central figure of a cult, but likely to ascend to literal godhood. Still uncertain how the needles were created, or what Hesterak's next step in his plan is, the party decides their best course of action is to continue freeing the gods, so they return to Skekter to inform the university of their continued expeditions, starting with the Undersky in the Lost City of Muria...
