To be fair, Adrian doesn't have Hilda on file for them to ensure Hilda isn't some random stranger picking up Ali. She should make sure Hilda is definitely on file after this. Hilda has the emergency contact number, though. I'm curious why they don't just call that number right away if some stranger was picking up Ali?
