LOL four years? Oh boy, has she gone through a few old rides. SUVs are huge gas guzzlers ...unless its electric. As much as I would argue that she doesn't need one, Hilde has been rather good at helping and persuading her thus far so we shall see. The tongue poking that's going on was worth a little laugh.

If you want longevity, buy Japanese; I'm driving a 2000 Acura TL with over 250k miles and still has not had major issues (regular maintenance and upkeep), though the paint job could use a little touch-up

Newest that I've BOUGHT? That would be about 8 years old IIRC. It's now 22 years old... and been totaled out by the insurance companies twice. That's okay though, neither time was my fault. I cut out the airbags, replaced the windshield, and had the seat belts looked over. My dad and I also beat the bodywork mostly back into shape. Great car to drive in the winter, you don't have to worry about dents when you need to sidescrape a snowbank to stop... Why are you all looking at me?
