This is kinda how my last car buying experience went. I was looking at a older cheaper car, and then a perfectly reasonable SUV was discovered. My mother who was helping me on the down payment, kinda shanghai-ed my vehicle decision with it.

If Hilde really wants this relationship to work, she better be ready to explain this in great detail later on. There are plenty of reasons for an SUV (especially with Ali in the mix), but just forcing things isn't gonna go well.
