There's a lot to take in here. There sure are some rough looking ringel in the underworld - first that poor arms dealer and now this one with the bite-mangled ear and visible scar. I guess not everyone is fortunate enough to have access to super plastic surgeons like our protagonist. What's the chest binding for?
